Description of Users
The Services allow individuals to purchase tickets to, and/or view (collectively, “Viewers”) live performances (“Performances”) by their favorite artists (collectively, with their representation, “Artists”).
Collection of Personal Information You Provide to Us
We receive and store any information you provide to us. Certain information may be required to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features. For example, you may be required to provide certain Personal Information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Services. These may include: (a) registering for an account on the Services; (b) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (c) sending us an email message; (d) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Services. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us, sending promotional messages, providing the Services, and responding to your inquiries.
If you are an Artist, you expressly acknowledge and agree that once they schedule a Performance, any Personal Information that you may make available in such Performances, may be shared in real-time to and by Viewers. Additionally, in preparation for a Performance we may request Personal Information about you, or access publicly available Personal Information about you, to advertise such Performances.
If you are a Visitor, you will have the ability to interact with other Users on our Website or through the Apps. Additionally, if you are a Viewer, while watching a Performance, you will have the ability to interact with the Artist and other Viewers through messages. You agree that any Personal Information disclosed in any message shared through the DREAMSTAGE Services will be shared with other Users during that Performance to create a more authentic viewing experience.
Tracking User Behavior
DREAMSTAGE may keep track of the websites and pages you visit within the Services, in order to determine what aspects of the Services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within DREAMSTAGE to Users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by us whenever you interact with our Services. This information can include: your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, "cookie information," browser type and/or device you are using to access our Services, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation and improvement of the Services, to maintain quality of the Services, to assist with monitoring and troubleshooting errors, to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services, and to customize content for you that we think you might like based on your usage patterns. For example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as possible.
Our Services may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. We use both first party and third party session cookies and persistent cookies.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. Session cookies make it easier for you to navigate our Services and expire when you close the Services. Persistent cookies remain on your device for an extended period of time or until you delete them. For example, if you personalize Website pages, or register through the Services, a persistent cookie helps DREAMSTAGE to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your Personal Information, such as your login information, billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the Services, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the DREAMSTAGE features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies or delete persistent cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Services.
We may automatically collect geolocation information from your device via your browser’s location services. Consent for such collection may be provided by you on the device level (e.g., you have consented to location services generally through your browser’s settings) or by accepting our request for geolocation access on the Services. Please consult your browser’s documentation regarding how to turn off location services. If you disable location services, you may not be able to use the full array of features and functionalities available through our Services.

Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Users: As noted above, you can post content through our messaging service during a Performance or otherwise share information on the Platform. Such content or information will be shared with other Users, including during a Performance.
