What is DREAMSTAGE and how does it work?
We are a new streaming platform where musicians of all genres perform and interact with fans worldwide. Our shows beam amazing live music and entertainment right to your living room with a beautiful high definition signal that transports you there, in the moment, as it happens!

How do I activate my Apple TV?
Using your Siri remote or remote control app from the DREAMSTAGE home screen:
- Press LEFT on the touchpad to bring up SETTINGS menu
- Scroll to the last option, "Activate your device”. A QR code and an alternate confirmation code will appear on screen.
- Using your mobile phone, scan the QR code and follow the prompts.
- Alternatively, you can visit the onscreen URL and manually enter your activation code.
I don’t own an Apple TV, but I downloaded the Apple TV app. Why can’t I find the DREAMSTAGE app?
DREAMSTAGE for Apple TV is built to run on Apple’s television operating system (tvOS), and is currently available only through the version of the Apple TV app running on an Apple TV set top box. To stream from your iOS or MacOS device, casting or screen sharing from our web app is your best bet.
Where do I find the DREAMSTAGE app in the App Store?
Open the App Store from your Apple TV home screen. Using the search bar, enter “DREAMSTAGE,” then look for the marquee!
Is there a difference between the Apple TV and online DREAMSTAGE apps?
In terms of layout, design, and stream quality, there is no difference. Certain activities and operations, such as authenticating your device or controlling the video player, will differ by device.
How do I see my personal profile?
Account details including name, email, timezone, and registered payment methods can be found by visiting “Your Profile,” which can be found by expanding the top menu on the home screen.
Can I edit my profile information?
You will be able to edit your name, email, password, timezone, and payment methods after account creation from “Your Profile.” Note that changing your email may require device re-authentication.
Where can I see my linked devices?
Any registered devices activated on your account will appear in "My Profile" under the "Linked Devices" heading, along with a name, description, and activation date for each device.
Why do I have to authenticate my device?
To ensure our artists are fairly compensated for their hard work, and to ensure our guarantee of delivering the highest quality live stream and application features to our concert goers, it is important that box office numbers accurately reflect the number of seats reserved.
Is setting my timezone important?
Entering the correct timezone in your profile helps us (and you), keep accurate track of your reservations, showtimes, and reminders.
What payment methods does DREAMSTAGE accept?
Online purchases can be made using debit and credit cards from most major international issuers. Apple TV users can choose Apple Pay as an additional option at checkout.
Can I pay with a pre-paid gift card?
Yes. Mastercard and Visa prepaid gift cards are available online. If you are using a gift card issued in a currency other than USD, double check the terms and agreements with the card issuer to make sure the card supports foreign currency or cross-border transactions. If your pre-paid gift card is declined, please first confirm there is a sufficient balance on the card to complete your purchase.
Does DREAMSTAGE offer gift certificates or promo codes?
Tickets can be purchased as gifts for groups or individuals. If you purchase multiple tickets at checkout, you will be sent a confirmation code for each ticket purchased to distribute at your discretion. If you receive a promo code (discount), this can be applied at checkout. Note: Gift certificates unassociated with a specific event are not currently offered.
Where can I see my saved payment methods?
Any successfully saved payment methods can be viewed by visiting “Your Profile.” You can manage your payment methods here. Payment methods can also be added here by selecting “add payment method” at the time of purchase.
Can I pay in currencies other than USD?
DREAMSTAGE absorbs the cost of currency conversion fees for international customers and transactions. In no case do we pass these charges or associated administrative fees on to customers. Banks and card issuers in some countries may charge their own fees, so please check the terms and agreements specific to your card, country, and banking institution if you are uncertain.
How much does my ticket cost in my country’s currency?
DREAMSTAGE ticket prices are listed in USD. The exchange rate calculators below can help give you an idea what that means in the currency you’re used to.
Reservations & Refunds
I was sent a code for a ticket. Where do I redeem it?
You can redeem your code by visiting “Your Profile” and selecting the option REDEEM TICKET, or by visiting dreamstage.live/redeem. Codes are single-use and tied to the account and device from which they are registered. To avoid complication, we recommend you redeem your code on the device you plan to use for viewing the concert. If your code is rejected and you’re not sure why, or if your code was accepted but you still can’t access the concert, please contact DREAMSTAGE Support.
Something came up. Can I sell my seats, or give them away?
Reservations cannot be transferred once a ticket is confirmed, whether by sale or gift.
The cat chewed through my ethernet cable. Can I get a refund?
A terrible fate, to be sure. The show must go on, and we do everything in our power to make sure it does. Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, but sometimes you just have to take it up with the cat. If the cat chews through our ethernet cable, that’s a different story.
When should I get to my seat?
Feel free to arrive early. Shows begin on the dot at the time listed on the show page. Check your timezone, and try to leave enough time to boot your streaming device, optimize your settings, make a snack, and get in the zone.
It’s almost showtime and the curtains are still closed. Where is the stream?
Curtains go up when the show is about to begin. If it’s past time for curtain call, curtains are still down, and you haven’t heard from us, try refreshing the page or restarting the application.
Is there a way for the viewers to change camera angles?
Audience members will have the ability to switch between and customize stage views by genre, and zoom options are available as a browser feature, but camera angles are fixed per the live recording. Switching camera angles is in development as a feature available to VIP ticket holders in instances where artists enable VIP ticketing.
Can I pause the stream and pick up where I left off?
The concert stream is truly live. Pausing the stream can be done from the video player, but keep in mind, similar to making a trip to the concession stand, the video will pick up where it’s at in real time when you get back with everyone’s drinks.
Can I interact with other fans or artists during the show?
A live concert experience wouldn’t be the same without a live audience. We are working hard to make your voice and applause heard. We currently offer live chat during all performances! Check our Service Updates & Announcements page for the status of other upcoming features.
