- Ensure you’re on the correct show page for your ticketed event. Check the ticket details in your confirmation email if you are not sure.
- Make sure you’re signed into your account, and you’re signed in with the account used to purchase the ticket.
- Try refreshing your browser and clearing your browser cache. If you suspect your browser is outdated, try updating.
- Locate your ticket confirmation email and follow the “Take Me to the Show” link.
