Accepted payment methods
You will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method when completing checkout.
- Card payments
- American Express
- Diners Club International
- Device Payments (e.g. Google Pay)
Add, view, and remove credit cards from your saved payment methods under Profile > Payment > Payment Methods.
At checkout, if paying by card with no card on file, you will be asked to fill out the following fields:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- ZIP/Postal code
Upon completion of purchase, this card will be saved as your default payment method.
If multiple cards are saved to your account, you will be given the option to select from your list of cards at time of purchase.
Billing information is collected at checkout for every customer when they make their first purchase. You will need the following information associated with the selected payment method:
- Full name
- Street Address
- Apartment, unit, suite, or floor # (optional)
- ZIP/Postal Code
Shipping information is collected at checkout in addition to billing information when purchasing merchandise. You must fill out all shipping information fields even if they match your billing information.
Tip: If our form won't accept your address, try searching it in Google Maps, and copying the format you see there.
Double-check shipping information before completing your purchase, as this information will be sent to our fulfillment partners exactly as it appears on this form.
Shipping price for your merchandise order will be calculated and displayed on your order form after saving your shipping information, prior to completing your purchase.
