If you purchased a ticket using the traditional purchase flow (by selecting the event from our home page), you’ll be emailed both a receipt and a ticket. If you purchased multiple tickets, you’ll be emailed both a receipt and redemption codes. 


You’ll receive a receipt email and an email containing a ticket link or containing ticket codes, depending on your purchase, which are dispatched immediately. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to appear in your inbox.


Because DREAMSTAGE confirmation emails are sometimes interpreted as marketing content or other untrusted content by customer’s email filters, the first thing to check is whether you have an email from confirmation@dreamstage.live or no-reply@dreamstage.live in your Spam or Junk folder. 


Reservation information can also be found on your profile page.


If you aren’t able to successfully locate the confirmation emails in these folders, please reach out to support@dreamstage.live and we’ll take it from there.
