What is DREAMSTAGE and who is it for?


  • We are a new streaming platform where musicians of all genres perform and interact with fans worldwide. Our shows beam amazing live music and entertainment right to your living room with a beautiful high definition signal that transports you there, in the moment, as it happens!

Who is it for?

  • ARTISTS need to perform and earn from those performances while connecting with their fans. FANS who are willing to support the artists they love, either in big or intimate settings, through purchasing live-streamed events. EVERYDAY MUSIC LOVERS that love to watch and listen in a comfortable, lean-back experience.


Where can I find the DREAMSTAGE App?

The DREAMSTAGE app is available in the AppleTV app store on supported AppleTV devices. You can find the tvOS app by searching “DREAMSTAGE” in the app store on your AppleTV device. DREAMSTAGE does not currently have an app for iOS, Android, macOS, or Windows.


Can I watch a performance on my TV?

If you have an Apple TV, you can download the DREAMSTAGE app where you can view performances once you’ve linked it to your account. You can also cast to your supported Apple TV, Chromecast, or Roku device from your phone or tablet (assuming it has the capability to cast). Lastly, you can connect your TV directly to your computer via HDMI cable. This is a reliable and simple method if you’re not familiar with casting or Airplay.


How do I purchase a ticket?

You can purchase a ticket by clicking on the show page of the performance you’d like to view, and then selecting “Buy Ticket”. If you’re not already logged into your DREAMSTAGE account, you will be prompted to create one on the checkout screen. If you have an existing DREAMSTAGE account, select “Already have an account?”. This will flip the form to the sign-in form. Once signed in you’ll select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase, confirm the email address to which they will be sent, and then click “Pay with Credit Card”.


Where do I watch the performance?

You can watch your ticketed livestream performance directly from the DREAMSTAGE website.


How do I watch the performance?

You can watch your ticketed performance by signing into your DREAMSTAGE account, accessing the show page, and then selecting Enter Venue. Alternatively, you can access the performance from your confirmation email by selecting the “Enter Venue” link.


Can I watch the performance after it airs?

DREAMSTAGE performances are always live-streaming events. Exceptions, such as a 48-hour viewing window after the initial stream, will be explicitly stated on the show page. 


Where can I find the tickets I’ve purchased?

Your ticket purchase history lives on your profile page. Once signed in to your DREAMSTAGE account, navigate to From there, select the Tickets tab. This tab has your entire purchase history since you joined DREAMSTAGE. When your purchase is confirmed, you’re immediately sent two confirmation emails. One of these emails is your purchase receipt, and the second is your digital ticket to your event. You can locate tickets in your email by searching <>.


Do I need to create a DREAMSTAGE account to view performances and buy tickets?

Yes! Once your ticket purchase has been confirmed, your ticket will be automatically assigned to your account. You will need to be signed in to your account to view the ticketed performance on the specified date and time. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will still need to have a DREAMSTAGE account to which you can redeem one of these tickets.


How do I apply a DREAMCODE to my ticket purchase?

When you've made it to the payment page, before clicking "Pay with Credit Card", you'll select "Use a DREAMCODE". Then, enter the code in the text box and select "Apply Code". Once the code has been applied, you can continue checkout normally.


How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your DREAMSTAGE password, please use the “Forgot your Password?” link found on the sign-in page. You’ll be sent a code with which you can reset your password. If you don’t receive a password reset code in your email once requested, please reach out to and we’ll be happy to assist.


How do I edit my contact information on my profile?

You can make changes to your profile or contact information by signing into your DREAMSTAGE account. Once signed in, navigate to From there- select “Edit Profile”, make your desired changes, and then click “Submit”. Please note: Changing your contact email address may require you to re-authenticate your linked devices.


How do I add a payment method?

After signing into your DREAMSTAGE account, navigate to From there- select the “Payment” tab, then “Add a Credit Card”. Please ensure cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing zip code fields are all filled out correctly. To save the card to your account, click “Add Card”. If you’re unable to select the “Add Card'' button, it means there is an error with your card information. Please delete the fields and then re-add your information.


Where is my confirmation email?

Because DREAMSTAGE confirmation emails are sometimes interpreted as marketing content or other untrusted content by customer’s email filters, the first thing to check is whether you have an email from <> in your Spam or Junk folder. You can speed up your search by filtering for emails received within 24 hours of completing your purchase. If you’re still unable to locate your confirmation email after searching, please contact and we’ll take it from there.


Can I gift a ticket?

Yes! If you’ve already purchased a ticket for yourself, purchasing a second ticket will yield a redemption code. You can send this code to the recipient. The recipient must create a DREAMSTAGE account. Once created they can redeem the ticket code by navigating to If you initially purchase two tickets (if you haven’t already purchased a single ticket for yourself), each of these tickets will be in the form of a redemption code. You’ll want to send one to the recipient and keep one for yourself. Both you and the recipient will redeem your codes by navigating to


Can I get a refund?

Since we are an event-based ticketing platform, all sales are final once your purchase has been confirmed. If the event is canceled and NOT rescheduled, DREAMSTAGE will initiate the refund process. If the event is rescheduled, you will have 30 days from the date of notification to request a refund for your purchase.
